Project workflow

• Creation of a requirements profile:

  Together with you and one of our engineers, we work out which solution is best for your production. What data needs to be collected? Which interfaces are required?

• Creation of an initial concept:

  Based on the requirements profile, we develop an initial concept for connecting your systems to KRIS.

• Determining the budget: 

  Together, we define the financial framework for implementation.

• Installation and connection of the systems: 

  A key step is the integration of your systems into KRIS so that the system can collect all relevant data. Modern systems often already offer interfaces for data retrieval or can be easily retrofitted. We analyze the connection options, define the relevant data points, and program the necessary interfaces.

  • With the help of OPC UA, parameters can be queried and written back.
  • Our Tag Import Tool enables automatic data transfer from process control systems such as PCS 7 or WinCC.
  • Thanks to standardized interfaces (SQL, XML, CSV, Oracle, web services, MQTT, etc.), KRIS can be easily integrated into your IT infrastructure.
  • After configuration, the data is queried, stored, and visualized at fixed intervals – with a resolution in the millisecond range.
