It ensures that data from production is automatically collected, intelligently evaluated, and made available for strategic decisions. The Path of Data: From Data Signal to Decision

KRIS starts where the data is generated – directly in the production facilities. It automatically collects information from control systems (e.g., PLC, WinCC, PCS 7) and other OT components:

Production volumes
Process parameters
Machine utilization
Quality data

This data is transferred via interfaces.

All collected data is consolidated in the KRIS server. Here, KRIS performs analysis and structuring:

The KRIS Tag Import feature automatically transfers the raw data.
The KRIS server manages the data.
Errors, trends, key figures, and deviations are directly visualized and documented.

The data is not only stored, but also placed in a meaningful, evaluable context.

The processed information is then available to all relevant systems, such as ERP (e.g., SAP), quality management systems (QMS), or fault inspection systems (FIS). This creates end-to-end processes:

Production orders, parts lists, and quality specifications come from the ERP.
Actual data, quality reports, and production logs are automatically fed back into the system.
