Basic functions for your work with KRIS

The KRIS System apps

In addition to the KRIS apps, you automatically receive the system apps that provide central basic functions and complete the KRIS system.

Document Management

With KRIS' integrated document management, you always have an overview of all project-related files. Documents can be easily uploaded and organized in customizable folder structures.

All files are stored in the protected KRIS system – securely stored, backed up multiple times, and available at all times. Whether plans, protocols, or other project documents: in KRIS, everything is centralized, clearly arranged, and bundled according to project. This allows teams to work efficiently and in a structured manner – with just one system for everything.

Data Export

KRIS' integrated data export feature gives you quick and easy access to your recorded raw data. The application allows you to read data directly from the server and process it specifically for analysis—ideal for evaluating system identifiers and other measured values.

Select precisely which time period you want to export – by the hour, by the day, or over any user-defined intervals. You can also specify the intervals at which the data is broken down: by the second, in 10-second intervals, or other desired time periods.

The export is in the standard Excel format. This makes it easy to further process, visualize, or transfer the data to other systems.

User management

With user management in KRIS, individual user accounts can be created or synchronized with the domain so that each user has their own secure access to the system.

Users can be assigned to groups for better organization. In addition, the integrated rights management system enables targeted control of system access: functions and content are only visible and usable by authorized users.

Hand & Correction

If communication interruptions result in data gaps or if measured values are recorded or calculated incorrectly, the “Hand & Correction” app offers a simple way to correct data retrospectively.

Using a tabular view, you can select and load specific data series within a defined time interval. Individual time-based values can then be adjusted manually and written directly back to the database. The correction is marked with a time and user stamp.

In addition, manual values can be entered quickly and easily via the handheld terminal (by scanning barcodes).
